Adam Smith, the great economist of the world in the eighteenth century, with a proposal on the relationship between education and human capital, pioneered a debate that took more than 200 years to find its true place as a collection of scientific research and in the form of Economics. Awareness of the relationship between education and economic growth has led many people to seek their own advancement and the well-being of society, and a huge movement has emerged to gain more knowledge, insight, skills, and information. Amazing and competitive changes in countries around the world in achieving economic Development and social welfare as soon as possible and the impact of these Developments on various social contexts in the last three decades in Iran have led to more attention to the role and functions of public and higher education. Increasing the role of the education system in the dynamics of social life, the need to pay attention to economic functions and its "cost-benefit analysis" has doubled for the government and the people because increasing social demand for education has increased the amount of education spending in government and household budgets.

AbstractContext and purpose. The purpose of this research is to design a model for the Development of cultural and creative industries through economic tools and mechanisms and the integration of creative and cultural economy.Methodology/approach. In the current study, the qualitative method of grounded theory was used and the in-depth interview technique was used to collect information. The sampling method of the research was purposeful and snowball methods with theoretical saturation criteria and interviews with 20 experts in the field of creative and cultural industries. open, axial and selective coding processes was used to data analysis, and after that, the grounded theory emerging from the data was presented in the form of a story and visual model, and based on them, definition and classification were carried out for the application of the Development of creative and cultural industries. Findings and conclusions. The results have shown that training and empowerment of cultural and creative industries and culture building in the field of cultural and creative industries act as intervening conditions to encourage business owners to create cultural and creative jobs, and these three-dimensional conditions in interaction together have caused the Development of cultural and creative industries and the dynamics of the economy and moving towards the creative economy, and the consequence of that is the creative ecosystem approach to economic benefits and economic profitability and cultural Development.Originality/innovation. Previous researches have pointed out factors affecting cultural industries or creative industries separately and from different perspectives,

Purpose: The purpose of this applied research is to study the effectiveness of gamification on corporate training.  Methodology: A gamified course was designed and implemented to train the location of Fire Hosing Cabinet for 24 employees of a firefighting maintenance company in Iran Mall shopping Center in Tehran. Using a quantitative quasi-experimental research plan (post-test only control group design) the participants of the study were randomly assigned to treatment (12) and control (12) groups and trained for a week.  Conclusion: The descriptive and interpretive result of the posttest analyses indicated the effectiveness of gamification of the training performed for the employees of the firefighting maintenance company in Iran Mall shopping Center in Tehran. Moreover, the descriptive result of Gamification Acceptance Questionnaire answered by the members of the experimental group after gamified training indicated that all the participants in the experimental group were satisfied with the gamified training course.

In the sector of electricity production, the existence of investment resources limitation and environmental criteria are the main factors that influence this process. The reduction of costs and the destructive impacts on environment have been always mentioned by specialists. Consequently, the importance of the environmental protection and the electric-energy production lead to focus on geothermal power plants. Obviously, in our country the issue of required resources for investment surpasses the environmental factors. Here, the main question is that in the current situation of our country, the replacement of fossil fuel power plants with geothermal power plants is possible or not and can we hope that it would be possible in future? Also, this research endeavors to do an economic evaluation on the above mentioned subject in Iran taking into consideration the high costs of electricity production by geothermal power plants and the situation of electricity production costs and social costs.

Objective: Designing a sustainable business model centered on a resilient economy can support innovative, infrastructure, and often high-risk businesses in the economies of developing countries. This model seeks to balance the financial and non-financial dimensions, relying on internal capabilities and using external capacities to turn pressures, constraints into opportunities. Methodology: The orientation of this research is applied, the philosophy of research is interpretive, the approach of research is inductive, the purpose of research is exploratory, its nature is mixed and the strategy used has been in the qualitative part of theme analysis and in the quantitative part of survey. The method of collecting semi-structured interview data was from experts of Development banks, which reached theoretical saturation with 15 interviews. Findings: Interpretive structural equation method has been used to level the extracted categories. Based on the results, the first level includes redefining Development plans, monitoring the environment and creating and identifying potential capacity; the second level: Developmental accreditation; the third level, people-centeredness; Risk-taking, agility improvement and the fourth level of financial structure have been stable. Conclusion: Sustainable business model with a focus on resistance Economics leads to effective implementation of Development banks' mission

As US and NATO troops arrived in Afghanistan in 2011، reconstruction assistance teams also came to Afghanistan and over the years، international community has spent more than $ 130 billion on rebuilding of Afghanistan country. This study with aim of evaluating the role of international community aids in Afghanistan Development، evaluating 11 indices of total indicators of Economics and social Development and evaluation it is the light of modernization and affiliation theories in by using method of secondary data analysis. Research findings indicates that due to lack of infrastructure and management power، the lack of cooperation between the helper authorities with the central government، the lack of transparency، honesty and accountability، the security situation in Afghanistan has deteriorated، drug production has dramatically increased and therefore international aids has not had much effect on the improvement of poverty and unemployment. However educational indicators، access to health services، life expectance and access to information and media have experienced relative improvement.

The study of the relationship between the Development of information and communication technology(ICT), financial Development and economic growth has always been the focus of researchers and policy makers and due to differences in views on the relationship between those and the diversity of modeling of studies in this field, researchs has not resulted in a single result. On the other hand, with the Development of technology and the introduction of fuzzy logic, developed modeling methods and the possibility of consolidating expert opinions in an intelligent inference system based on collective wisdom to create indicators of ICT Development and financial Development now exists. Accordingly, in this study, after consolidating the opinions of experts in a knowledge base consisting of 414 questionnaires on the relationship between the constructive sub-indicators of financial Development and ICT Development, fuzzy indicators of financial Development and ICT Development using the Mamdani Fuzzy Inference System(MFIS) then assess the short-term and long-term causal relationships between ICT Development, financial Development and economic growth in the form of a panel error correction model considering the Dynamic Common Correlated Effects(DCCE) using annual provincial data during The period from 2001 to 2017 was covered. After consolidating the opinions of experts and creating fuzzy indicators, only in the short run, the positive causal relationship from ICT Development to economic growth was confirmed.

Isfahan, an ancient city in the center of the Iranian plateau, has had a thousand years of Islamic-Iranian urbanization. It has benefited from three prominent dynasties (Al-Buyeh, Seljuks, Safavid) Which peaked during the Safavid Era. One of the large features of urbanization during this period was the Isfahan “ urban Economics" Development which the various factors have contributed to its realization. In this research, the role of indicators of "urban economy" components such as 'population', 'transport infrastructure' and 'location', are examined. In this regard, the question is as to What factors influenced on these indicators and What role did these indicators play in the Development of the Isfahan Urban Economy Organization? The current study is historical research that has been conducted by a descriptive-analytical method. The research results show that factors such as "population density", "Development of transportation infrastructure" and "proper location of urban elements" have had a significant impact on the Development of Isfahan's "urban Economics".

Iran at the end of its 20 years vision, is the top country in the vision region and will has some features such as having the health, welfare and food security, without poverty, discrimination benefited from a favorable and stable environment. Agricultural sector in Iran Compared with Regional rivals has the potential to accomplish the country goals. Agricultural sector with 4 subsector of cultivation, livestock, Fishery and Forestry is an important sector of Iranian economy. With importance of agricultural in Iran's economy, does not take into good consideration. Agricultural sector has a good potential to be an engine of the economy in context of resistive economy and alternative to oil based economy. All sectors in Iranian economy at the end of 1391, has a negative growth rate while agricultural has a 6.3 positive growth rate. This paper investigate the agricultural sector in Iran and it's regional rivals, and also study the agricultural potential to became a based engine for Iranian economy subject to resistive economy criterion.
